Fazoli's Managers supervise, direct and control assigned shifts in accordance with established policies, procedures, standards, Company values and all applicable federal, state and local laws.
You will serve as Manager-on-Duty during pre-opening, non-peak revenue and post-closing periods and ensures standards of excellence relative to Guest service, product quality, sanitation and cleanliness are maintained at all times.
You will participate in discussions and decisions affecting your restaurant and support the goals, plans and priorities of the Company, as well as the Company’s mission, vision and values.

Requirements
High school diploma or G.E.D equivalent
1+ years previous experience as successful "shift leader" of a food service operation (QSR or casual dining)
Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license
Must successfully clear the background and reference checking process.
Flexibility, reliability and a strong customer focus.
Possesses good communication skills, ability to take initiative and possesses a bias for action, works well with minimum supervision, possesses skills for problem solving/conflict resolution, is efficient and organized, ability to work as a team and demonstrates a high level of professionalism.
