Job Description
We are looking for an individual to assist diverse departments with administrative, budget and technical responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Support cross-functional business management efforts including meeting set-up and schedule management across organization
• Business tracking reports
• Presentation development for cross-company & business partner communication
• Coordinate various planning, development and execution efforts
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, travel coordination
• Budget Management: complete monthly processing including: monthly reporting detail, advertising tracking, and manage budget spreadsheets for forecasts and actual spends
• Financial support: process invoices, purchase orders and check requests, track expenses.
• Project management: As assigned support projects and tactical execution

Experience, Education & Skills
Requirements:

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• 2+ years administrative experience
• Advanced skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and basic PowerPoint
• Knowledge of MAC based creative suite a plus
• Knowledge of financial principles
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
