Catering Associate - Full-time / Part-time

As a catering associate in Moe’s Southwest Grill, the individual is expected to be a results-oriented person who possess strong multi-tasking and communication skills. A strong work ethic is vital.

Position Specifics:

• Responsible for the prep, cooking, preparing, and packing of all assigned catering orders
• Ensure a high quality and accuracy of the food order using appropriate checklists and observation. Check and validate the order – make sure food is prepared properly, all orders are correct, and in accordance with all health and food safety guidelines
• Oversee Monkey Media and manage the catering calendar at the restaurant level
• Maintain high standards of service and quality
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness
• Perform side work helping to provide a clean and safe work environment in all catering and restaurant areas. Cleaning, organizing, and restocking product/equipment for catering events
• Understanding and actively participating in environmental, health & safety responsibilities
• Performing other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Outgoing and energetic personality
• Ability to successfully meet the physical demands associated with catering: prolonged standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds
• Ability to successfully meet other demands associated with catering such as maintain alertness, attentiveness, and concentration (ex. Ability to interpret the work environment and make decisions on predetermined policies and procedures.)
• Consistent focus on providing the customer with a great experience and Moe’s profitability
• Miscellaneous tasks at the restaurant as needed but primary tasks are catering related
