Our inbound calls are the first line of contact for the business. You will be assisting our customers with transaction authorizations and our Merchant sites with settlements and other customer needs. Our customer service agents handle hundreds of calls each day so you must be able to handle a fast paced environment.
We are a growing company with a lot of room for growth within. Our Customer service call center is open 24/7/365. If you are a professional with customer service or call center experience and looking for a long term position with room for advancement please contact us.
Job Requirements
* Customer Service or call center experience
* Flexible
* Able to learn quickly and adjust to change
* Computer savvy
* Full time, part time & Flex positions available which include 1 weekend shift
* Bi-lingual a plus
