1st shift-6am-2:30pm, $10.00 per hour
2nd shift- 2:30pm-10:30pm, $10.30 per hour
3rd shift-10pm-6:30am, $10.35 per hour
Position Summary:
To work within the Velocity Center environment to provide quality and timely service to our customers. The Warehouse Management System and handheld RF Scanner will assist the employee to receive, store, pick, pack and ship all stock accurately. Equipment used includes powered material handling equipment, hand and powered banders, computer terminals and manifesting systems, stretch wrap and shrink-wrap machines.
Key Tasks:
Load and unload freight by hand
Receives stock by visually comparing stock number and quantity against a receiving document
Stores stock in picking and reserve locations using both hand powered material handling equipment
Physically counts and verifies stock in picking and reserve locations, and counts bulk stock using a counting scale
Processes customer orders by picking stock from pick locations, visually verifying stock number and quantity against the information displayed on the handheld RF scanner.
Packing stock into shipping cartons
Operates handheld RF scanner, hand, powered banders, computer terminals, manifesting systems, shrink-wrap and stretch wrap machines, etc.
Verify items that were picked for a customer through an audit process
Perform job functions following all documented procedures safely and accurately
use hand pallet jack

Requirements
Must have a HS Diploma or GED
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to work 1-2 overtime during the week and on Saturdays.
Must pass drug screen and math test.
