HIRING A FULL-TIME EXECUTIVE HOUSEKEEPING ASSOCIATE!
Fairy, a leader in the housekeeping space, is looking for an experienced Starter Cleaning Associate with 2+ years of formal housekeeping experience to evangelize our brand and housekeeping services across San Francisco city.
Our clients are residents of high-end, luxury condos and apartments - which means we are looking for someone with top-notch customer service skills, impeccable housekeeping ability, a razor-sharp sense of customers' needs and expectations, and a passion for the industry and the company.
If you are an expert hustler (someone who is comfortable with ambiguity and unafraid of getting his or her hands dirty when the going gets tough) - we want you!
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Conducting 15-30 Starter Cleanings*/week, along with your team of 2-3 "Starter Cleaning" Housekeepers
- Interacting with new trial users and providing them with a high-level overview of Fairy's services
- Coordinating your team of 2-3 "Starter Cleaning" Housekeepers and helping onboard new hires
- Assisting our Director of Housekeeping with any necessary tasks
*A "Starter Cleaning" is a 45-60-minute first clean with a new potential customer, after they sign up for our 1-Week Free Trial. It consists of visiting their condo/apartment, getting to know their cleaning needs and doing a high-level cleaning of their home.
WHAT YOU ALREADY HAVE:
- 2+ years prior formal hotel housekeeping or cleaning experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- The ability to communicate clearly (verbally and written)
- Passion for housekeeping in all respects (emptying trash, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping and cleaning countertops)
- Experience managing others in the past
- A love for working with people
