Job Duties relating to Customer Service
- Provide prompt, precise and courteous service to all customers
- Serve ice cream and prepare and serve specialties as required
- Minimize delivery time service
- Follow all the learning processes
- Report to Shift Managers
- Perform opening and closing duties
- Prepare the store to best customer service
- Accomplish all the safety and hygiene regulations
- Remove dishes and glasses from tables or counters, and take them to kitchen for cleaning
- Stock service areas with supplies
Job Duties relating to Product Quality
- Handle the cool chain process
- Handle technique of product serving
- Handle and accomplish all the bromatological norms
- Communicate any malfunctioning of equipment
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

- Strong listening and oral communication skills
- Resolving-problem
