Production Line Lead

Do you have production line experience and leadership capabilities? If so, you might be a great fit for an open opportunity in Fond du Lac, WI!

Our client is looking for a 1 to 3 people to lead a production line and ensure the line meets production rates and produces a high quality product. This person would be a working Lead, so must be willing and comfortable to work on the line while leading the other associates on the line.

Hours: 5:45am to 3:00pm Monday thru Thursday; 5:45am to 12:00pm Fridays (with occasional overtime)

Pay: $10 to $11 to start

Job Duties Include:

-Working on a production packaging line and overseeing the other line associates (could be anywhere from 5 to 20 others)

-Reading work instructions and giving direction/instruction to the other line associates

-Documenting production tickets to include: hours worked, quantities produced and quality check results

-Performing counting and basic math calculations

-Reviewing work for accuracy

-Setting the example for other production associates

-Communicating with Material Handlers on supplies needed for production

-Working on the computer at times

Qualified Candidates Must:

-Have prior production line experience

-Have strong operational and people skills

-Have a high attention to detail and quality

-Be able to perform basic math and counting

-Be comfortable working with a computer
