The Client Care Coordinator is expected to perform a variety of duties in the are of client services. They are expected to manage all client relationships to ensure that we provide exceptional service and meet our defined business goals.

The Client Care Coordinator is expected to perform a variety of duties in the are of client services. They are expected to manage all client relationships to ensure that we provide exceptional service and meet our defined business goals.
Client Care Coordinator responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Reflect the values of Lipari & Associates, Inc., d/b/a an independently owned and operated Home Instead Senior Care franchise. Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
- Manage all client relationships, meeting family members and providing regular status updates to the family as well as the office.
- Conduct all private client Quality Assurance visits (announced and unannounced). Ensure that the CAREGiver is a good match and is performing the defined services to ensure that the client is delighted with our services. Provide coaching to CAREGivers when needed.
- Communicate client issues on a timely basis to staff and resolve in a timely manner.
- Meet clients and perform all CAREGiver introductions on their first day of service.
- Manage all client documentation in the operating system.
- Recognize client birthdays, holidays and milestones.
- Develop bi-monthly client newsletter that educates our client families and potential clients in the are of senior care.
- Monitor the HISC franchise center to leverage marketing tools and programs that will support our business goals.
- Learn the HISC Value Proposition and be able to take inquiry calls and conduct care consultations when needed.
- Manages and conducts contract supervisory visits.
- Supports the office staff with administrative and phone duties.
- Participates in all staff and CAREGiver meetings.
- Participates in on-call rotation for after hours and weekends
