A National Auto and Home Insurance company in Mesa, AZ is hiring 6 Bilingual Customer Service RepresenRepresentatives.
Pay: $13/hour
Start: ASAP!
**LONG TERM OPPORTUNITY, NOT TEMPORARY!
Qualifications:
- Must have at least 1 year of call center experience
- Must be able to work an 8-10 hour shift between M-F, 6am-7pm
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- Computer skills-Microsoft Office
Job Description:
- Responsible for answering high volume inbound calls and providing effective quality customer service for supplemental insurance products. Support borrowers and external customers by updating insurance for mortgage loans.
