PrideStaff Financial, a specialized Accounting and Financial Staffing Firm, is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk for a large corporation in Turlock. This is a temp-to-hire position with pay starting at $17.00/hour!
Accounts Payable Clerk – Turlock
Job Description:
As the Accounts Payable Clerk you will work closely with all members of the Accounting Deparment. As the Accounts Payable Clerk you will be tasked with the following daily but not limited to:
- Matching receipts
- Verifying authorizations and payments
- Distribution of paperwork for accounting assets and construction in process
- Reconcile vendor statements
- Filing accounts payable vouchers
- Prepare wire transfers
- Prepare expense reports reimbursements
- Print account payable checks
- Reconcile and maintain accrues receipt reports
- Collection calls
Accounts Payable Clerk – Turlock
Job Requirements:
- 2+ years’ in an Accounts Payable role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume role
- 10,000 kph
- Typing 50 wpm
