Packager - Full-time / Part-time

Part-time Packaging position open in Bristol, TN

 

Job Description:


 

Performs the assembly and disassembly of the equipment and line as required for packaging bulk product activities in accordance with SOPs and equipment specifications; includes the start-up, operations, and shut down of all packaging equipment and/or line.

Verifies and assists packaging mechanics in staging of components and bulk product for the required line; assists in the process of cleaning and line clearance.

Performs appropriate in-process and verification tests during the packaging process.

Provides appropriate documentation of packaging processes and test results including maintaining and reconciling equipment and room use log books, batch records, and inventory records in accordance with SOPs.

Performs appropriate cleaning of equipment and the facility in accordance with SOPs and cGMP procedures.

Performs other duties as assigned.

          Moderate knowledge of SOPs; cGmp handbook; and FDA requirements that pertain to the pacpackaging  department.
