ICA Inventory/Customer Service Analysts Provide expertise and support to Inventory Management Specialist on a routine basis through input on business transactions for all blending, packaging, shipping, and warehousing activities in the areas of accounting and inventory maintenance. Interface with Technical Service and Operations to streamline prior cargo by supplying statistics of the number of daily loads versus the number of rejected - including root cause. Do investigations on any issues that may arise. Review all orders for receipt discrepancies & not goods issued - Handle all inquiries on no shows, reschedules, emergency add-ons, credit and rebills Handle late shipment notifications, inquiries, credit and rebills and confirmation/calculation errors Handle all inquiries regarding discrepancies, goods issues and complete pending goods issues Handle discrepancies and issues Handle all product returns and investigating all customer concerns 12 hour rotating shifts $15.00 - day shift $16.00 - night shift NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE!!
