Duration: Direct Placement
Compensation: $70-$110K
Location: Fort Collins, CO
Large General Contractor looking for a Senior Estimator with pre-construction experience to join their Fort Collins team. Candidate will be working on large commercial projects to include healthcare, higher education and additional commercial projects. Candidate will be performing all estimation efforts for commercial construction jobs.
Requirements
5+ years of experience of the following:
- Construction costs, project budgeting and vendor selection
- Preparing estimates for all stages of design from conceptual through final construction documents - design/build, guaranteed maximum price and hard bid diversity
- Award of all subcontractors and write all subcontracts before turning over to construction team
- Working with subs, owners, architects and designers
- Business development
- Experience with projects of $20 million +
