We have a full-time position available for an individual with great attitude, organizational skills, reliability and promptness, in a small business office in Southwest Houston.
Responsibilities include book-keeping, Bank Reconciliation, Sales and income taxes, Payroll, A/R, A/P & General administration activities. Looking for a long term relationship with growth opportunities in accounting as well as in business administration. Good communication skills required, having continuous contact with the customers, vendors and employees.
Qualifications:
1. At least 3 years of work experience in accounting or finance with proficiency in quick books.
2. Bachelor's or Higher degree in accounting or related field.
2. Proficient with computer operations, Quick Books, Microsoft Office & online banking.
3. Word processing and advanced spreadsheet experience.
4. Knowledge of payroll processing using Quick books.
5. Ready to take any new and challenging responsibilities for business needs.
