We seek an exceptional, highly motivated, finance driven Accounts Receivables clerk to support the company's mission of transforming leadership effectiveness through breakthroughs in research.
Job Duties
Match invoices to receiving documents and/or purchase orders
Verify invoices have appropriate approval signatures
Code invoices and enter into accounting system
Actively research and request missing documents in a timely manner.
Create and maintain vendor records, such as W-9 forms and banking information
Work with vendors and employees to resolve discrepancies in payment and reconcile vendor accounts
Respond to all incoming vendor inquiries for invoice and payment status in a timely manger
Manage weekly disbursements
File and/or scan copies of checks and the appropriate back up for our records
Maintain accounts payable reports and spreadsheets as necessary
Assist with preparing process documentation and procedures
1099 Maintenance and filing
Assist on month end close activity (including accruals, reconciliations, journal entries, and various analyses) related to accounts payable and expenses
Assist with other projects and duties as needed
