Focus Pointe Global, a leading market research company, is seeking PART-TIME employees to work VARIABLE HOURS as Client Service Representatives (CSR) for our focus group facility in Boston.
As a CSR, you will work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment to deliver the best experience to our clients. This position will require checking in study participants, greeting clients and performing other administrative and reception duties. We have both daytime shifts that can start as early at 6:00am and evening shifts that start at 4:00/5:00pm available.
Flexible scheduling also available. We are looking for candidates who are professional and will provide a warm and accommodating atmosphere to our clients and other visitors. This position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills. College students and graduate students welcome to apply.
