.Net Software Design Engineer Job - Full-time / Part-time

C#/.NET Software Design Engineer needed for a Contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Mountain View, CA

The Big Picture - Top Skills You Should Possess:

- C#/.Net
- SQL Server
- REST, SOAP

What You'll Be Doing:

- Design and build a "Mega Scale" internet service for managing people and social groups across business and consumer users.
- Write strong code in C# .Net
- Debugging and test code
- Closely collaborate with partner teams to ensure coverage of key scenarios and make certain that common methodologies and metrics are used across the board.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

- Strong senior engineer with extensive experience in software engineering, with eight (8) years experience in C# .NET
- SQL server experience.
- Relational database experience.
- Strong experience in REST, SOAP, and ODATA and WCF experience preferred
- Deep background in software development and strong knowledge of computing concepts such as fault tolerance, self-healing, network protocols, network programming, multi-threaded programming, performance, reliability, scalability, and security
- Passion for social networking
- Computer science degree, engineering preferred
