Work environment is very Clean Welding atmosphere, organized shop and very open environment. Not overly loud, dusty in comparison to some shops.
These are temp to hire positions and are looking to train and Certify them to Class B and eventually A level down the road. want to make it a career here, Class B pays 20-25/hr and Class A pays 25-35.hr so it's a great opportunity. They treat their employees very well and good benefits, overall good place to work.
. Qualifications: Must Haves:
Tech Degree in Welding OR 1 + years Mig Welding on heavy guage material Hardwire .045 Pulse style Mig welding.1 + year blue prints
Good work history and motivated attitude.
Should be skilled on MIG welding and reading blue prints
- Must have very good communication
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and flexible to work in other area. We are looking for a welder that will start out welding Mixer tanks.
Will be welding on Hard Steel material performing mostly MIG, Pulse style Hardwire .045 welding.
Will be mostly ultra-sonic welding so it needs to be very skilled welds. Welding is on heavy Gage material from 3/8" to 4" thick material.
Work Environment: Very laid back environment but team oriented. hard working environment and very independent type work. Very loud, heavy cranes, and huge machinery moving everywhere.Work environment is very Clean Welding atmosphere, organized shop and very open environment.
