The Discovery Guide is responsible for the care and entertainment of Ski Play Children (3-4yrs).  Discovery Guides will lead classroom activities and projects for 3-4 year old 'ski play' children, prepare crafts, and clean up from the day's activities/projects. 

Job Duties:

• Ability to work in an indoor and outdoor environment
• Lead and prepare classroom activities and projects for 3-4 year old children
• Prepare and participate in activities and crafts
• Care for sick, soiled and sad children
• Gather and prepare children for lunch
• Prepare mats and read stories during rest time
• Assist Facility Lead as needed
• Assist children with toileting and hand washing
• Communicate day’s activities to parents
• End-of-day clean up and assistance with general cleanliness of children facility

Requirements:

• High school diploma
• Excellent guest service skills
• Previous experience working with children
• Fluent in all aspects of the English language
• Background check

Preferred Skills:

• Education degree
• Pre-school teaching experience
• Bi-lingual in Spanish
