is involved in supporting initiatives, strategies and tactics to promote
the organization's digital products and services for the Military and
Veterans Group. This will be a key contributor position focused on
email/text and paperless programs.  Role will work with a team
of digital analysts and campaign resources as well as support the growth
and expansion of the ''digital experience'' from the viewpoint of the
customer. This candidate will support the operations for the
email/paperless programs, creating campaigns, managing data files,
ensuring email template completion, supporting the intake process, and
minimal production of dashboards.

As
a potential government contractor, this position requires U.S.
citizenship and proof of favorable adjudication following submission of
Department of Defense form SF85P.
Primary Responsibilities:

Operational support of the M&V email/text/paperless program
Support emerging customer needs and understands the Voice of the Customer.
Contributes
to solving the unique and complex problems preventing adoption and
utilization of paperless program that may have broad impact on the
business.
Supports Leadership in the development of digital strategy
Tracking and analyzing email performance, open and click activity, and associated operational impacts
Implements thoughtful, insightful reports to manage analytics communication with department and leadership
Supports A/B testing and segmentation planning to further drive email engagement and conversions
Contributes
to business analysis, QA, defect tracking, and release planning of
automated email/text/paperless program development
Ability to expand capabilities and accountabilities as the team expands and grows to meet business needs
Leads small initiatives and operational requests to achieve key business objectives, tracking to goals and KPIs
Ability to take direction and execute to timelines

Requirements

Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED1+ years of experience in the Healthcare Industry1+ year of experience with digital programsUnited States CitizenshipAbility to obtain favorable adjudication following submission of Department of Defense eQuip Form SF86
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's DegreeDirect knowledge of Military culture/lifestyleExperience creating dash boards

As a requirement of UnitedHealth Group’s contract with the Department
of Defense, this position requires U.S. citizenship and proof of favorable
adjudication following submission of Department of Defense eQuip Form SF86,
(the National Agency Check Legal and Credit or “NACLC”). Successful completion
of the NACLC process is a requirement for continued employment in this role.
NACLC processing will be initiated by our TRICARE Security Officer post-offer,
and can take 3-6 months for a final decision communication from the Department
of Defense. Candidates will be allowed to begin employment with UnitedHealth
Group in this role based on an interim clearance, and final results will be
communicated as they are received. Failure to obtain final NACLC approval will
result in termination from this role.
