SMT Machine Operator

Aerotek is currently seeking highly qualified SMT Machine Operators to provide assistance to a production team based in north Austin. Positions are available during 2nd and 3rd shifts. 3rd shift candidates will be required to complete training on 1st or 2nd shift for 1-2 weeks.

Machine Operators will perform automated equipment and set-up function testing which includes the loading of electronic components. Operators will also record data that is required for statistical process control. This position may require doing some of the following tasks: Mechanical Assembly and other miscellaneous tasks as requested by management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent attendance
• Good technical computer skills
• Working overtime and weekends
• Standing for long periods of time
• Working knowledge of travelers & basic electronics
