Machinist - Full-time / Part-time

Job Title: CNC Machinist Essential Job Function

Operate CNC machines (3,4, and 5 axis) to produce precision machined aerospace parts in a cost effective manner to ensure compliance with close tolerance requirements and customer's specifications

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• Ability to interpret from drawings, process sheets, specifications, tape program, instructions, or visual display units
• Maintain tooling, backup tooling (where necessary).
• Use precision measuring instruments, gauges, hand tools, tool setting equipment, appropriate material handling equipment
• Perform machine utility functions to maintain process and process
• Monitor machine control messages and take appropriate corrective action
• Deburr
• Follow all safety rules and practices

Education and Experience

• Fanuc control experience a must
• Global Shop experience a plus
• Mag I experience a must

Must be able to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8 hours a day.
