Scheduler - Full-time / Part-time

* Creating and maintaining scheduling procedures
* Ensuring these procedures are included in all contractors requirements
* Creating and maintaining standard scheduling templates
* Creating and maintaining Master Schedules for all projects/programs
* Interfacing with all contractors ensuring compliance with scheduling requirements
* Analysis/updates bi-weekly on all projects/programs
* Provide resource loading to assist in resource planning for
* Maintain WBS structure/code fields and calendars in Microsoft Project Professional

* One Project Schedule which improves communication and eliminates confusion
* One person responsible for updates creating ownership
* Logic driven eliminating subjective schedules
* Presents project schedules graphically creating better understanding
* 3 and 6 week look ahead reports are just filtered reports from the schedule
* Assist Project Managers with control of their timeline
* Resource Management will be included and logic driven
* Scenario planning is logic driven and not subjective
* Baseline original plans are graphically displayed on all schedules

Cost

* One full time person
* Eliminates spreadsheet schedules from PM
* Eliminates PM's from interfacing and analyzing contractor schedules

Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Equivalent
2-3 years of experience in a professional construction role (Project Engineering, Project Management, Scheduling, Ect.)
