About this job
Conduct quality control audits for mixing and packaging lines. Inspect machinery as well as the product itself. Responsible for inspecting cookies as they come out of the ovens, check cookie temperatures, weight in grams, size in onces. Ensure the machines are running properly and are help to clean standards of the FDA. Must have good communication skills as they will be communicating with production, maintenance, and the lab constantly.
