Integrity Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a minimum of 8 experienced and highly customer service oriented Call Center Customer Service Representatives & Dispatchers for a Dynamic and Growing Patient Transportation Service Organization located in the Tampa Area. This organization is recognized nationwide for it's quality of service, commitment to excellence, forward thinking and working environment. These roles are all Temporary to Permanent Opportunities with this highly sought after employer. The pay range on the temporary side is $13 to $14 an hour based on experience. Full benefits package, including 401K is offered once you become permanent. During the first two weeks is training and the hours are 8am to 5pm or 9am to 6pm, Monday thru Friday and after the training the schedules change to 11:30am to 8pm or 12:30pm to 9pm, Monday thru Friday. Essential Duties / Responsibilities: Associates, working with a positive and professional demeanor, will be responsible for coordinating transportation services for worker's compensation patients Managing inbound and outbound calls Collaborating with clients, patients, drivers and translators Collecting and entering appointment information Meeting production expectations. Experience with ACD telephone lines as well as MS Office Applications are a plus.
