Comfort Suites: Front Desk Associate

As a Front Desk Agent, you will provide that critical first impression to our guests. As guests check-in and check-out, your genuine warmth and helpful nature will enable you impact the guest’s overall experience. From greeting the excited guests on a vacation adventure, to handling the weary business traveler’s requests. 

Job Requirements:

• Check-in and check-out guests.
• Concierge Services
• Customer Service Experience
• Keep Lobby and Business Center neat and organized
• Conduct Marketplace sales
• Be able to conduct Front Desk duties in an organized manner
• Coordinate the Shuttle Bus Schedule in order to help transport guests
• Bi-lingual (Preferred)
• Choice Advantage Experience/ Hotel Experience (Preferred)

Job Expectations:

To be successful in this role, you must have fluent English communication, reading, and writing skills.  You must be able to comfortably operate a computer and multi-line phone. This position requires continuous movement, and occasionally, you will have to lift or move up to 20 pounds. Promptly solve problems or complaints, and be able to handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and confidently. It is recommended that you have a general understanding of hotel functions in order to better serve guests.
