Aerotek is currently hiring Customer Service Rep's for a four-month project in Louisville. This position will consist of handling phone calls from customers and clients regarding finanical questions.

Job Duties:

* Serves customer by completing enrollments, responding to requets and troubleshooting customer questions

* Work directly with customers via telephone

* Respond promptly to customer inquiries

* Handle and resolve customer compliants

* Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries

* Process orders, forms, applications and requests

* Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource

* Keep records of customer interactions and transactions

* Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints

* Record details of actions taken

** Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints

Job Requirements:

* One-two year customer service experience

* Experience dealing working with customer via phone and email
