Duties/Responsibilties
- Able to read and interpret all kinds of drawings; use of statistical tools to analyze data is required. Responsible for equipment calibration.
- Able write SOPs and protocols for measurements
- Strong understanding of medical device and drug product regulations including FDA GMP, ISO13485, 21 CFR 210, 211, 820 regulatory audits.
- Participate in the process validation activities related to device and drug products. This may include supporting protocol development, testing, and generation of test reports.
- Participate in the qualification of suppliers of chemicals, components, sub-assembly, and/or test services.
Requirements
- 3 years of Metrology Experience in manufacturing (prefer nutritional or pharmaceutical industry)
- Bachelors of Science or Associates degree preferred but not necessary
- Understanding of GD&T drawings
- CMM experience
- Knowledge of SOPs
- Computer skills in Microsoft Office

$45,000-$60,000 per year
