Will be taking inbound calls from customers putting in orders for products, answering shipping questions, and processing returns.
Will be taking calls for toys, food and clothing orders through the Christmas season. Will be trained on up to 10 different accounts, so there will be more variety in these calls.
Will take calls, answer live chats and emails.
