Customer Service Rep / Call Center / No Sales

The Closing Care Representative is responsible for being the main point of contact for clients and other third parties as they relate to the loan from final signoff to closing.



Responsibilities
*Own the loan from the final signoff stage to sending documents to the closing agent
*Be the main point of contact for banks, clients, closing agents, realtors and internal team members during the closing process
*Foreshadow HUD approval process
*Go over final figures with client
*Confirm settlement location, package delivery and mailing addresses
*Confirm vesting
*Answer questions from clients, closing agents/notaries at the closing table and post-closing up to the disbursement of the loan

Loaction: Downtown Detroit

Hours: Must be flexible to work shifts between 8am-8pm, Mondays through Fridays and 2 Saturdays a month

Pay - $13.50/hr
