Client Service Representative - Full-time / Part-time

Our client is currently looking for a candidate that will be responsible for collecting and analyzing information about construction projects for publication to their clients.

This position will require gathering and verifying factual information through interviews and research with companies that announce moves, builds, additions, or growth in the TN region. This will require this person to be able to organize material based on information obtained, bid date, phase of job, etc. This person will be working under the direct supervision of the Branch Manager or Lead Reporter, this position provides all necessary organizational support and may be responsible for a variety of other tasks as assigned. Other responsibilities of this position include answering phones, composing grammatically correct emails, interacting with different trades within the architectural, engineering, and construction realm.

Qualified candidate must have prior administrative experience, comfort using computers, and office experience in a construction, engineering or architecture company.

This position is Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM located in the 100 Oaks area.
