Electrical Design Engineer - Full-time / Part-time

Experis has partner with a worldwide manufacturing leader, ISO certified, high quality manufacturer of equipment for the mining industries. Our company will offer an excellent opportunity to design electrical controls.

We are seeking a graduate BSEE with 0 to 5 years of experience and a preferred background designing and detailing using AutoCAD Electrical or Solidworks Electrical. The position will involve the design of integrated power systems for both mobile equipment and for permanent plants including motor control centers (MCCs). There will also be opportunities to design programmable automation systems, both PLC and microcontroller based. Knowledge of Rockwell software, Sauer-Danfoss Plus+1, SAE J1939 CAN bus protocol or B&R Automation Studio is desirable. Familiarity with NEC and UL codes is beneficial. Interaction with manufacturing and vendors will be required. Some travel be required. Highly visible, project oriented responsibilities require individuals that are goal oriented and self-motivated.
