Laborer

Client is assisting L-3 Communications by cleaning out their data center. Associates will need to put metal shelving, trash, cables, etc in rolling bins and wheel them to roll-off dumpster. All work is done inside (aside from the dumpster) and on the first floor. Job is scheduled for 2-3 weeks but good employees could be used for other projects in the upcoming months in McLean. Also, starting with 2 people, will most likely add 2 more shortly. Need criminal history clean from theft or violence and a drug test. We can use previous screenings if they have been done. Lifting is upwards of 50 lbs on some larger objects, but most of the items will be 30lbs or less. There are large communications batteries, but our associates will NOT be lifting any of them. The client has been made very aware that we will be checking to ensure that no one is lifting the batteries in any way. They may be asked to SLIDE the batteries on skids and lifts, but there will be NO LIFTING required for them. 10 hour days and also work on Saturdays sometimes. No safety materials are required, however, we will heavily recommend....Gloves, Steel Toed Boots, Eye Protection for our associates. No hard hat required.
