Maintenance Lead - Full-time / Part-time

Position Summary

This role is responsible for assisting field crew in the installation and cleaning of stormwater filtration devices. Performing duties assigned by supervisory personnel; including assembling these devices, warehouse organization, and shipping & receiving. Driving company vehicles from job site to job site within Southern California.

Qualifications

-Minimum of 2-3 years Construction Labor with underground experience

-High School diploma, GED or vocational school

-Knowledge of Microsoft office software and computers

Physical Conditions

-Job involves physical labor; use of hand and power tools to install company products

-Job frequently requires standing, kneeling, stooping, and forward bending for extended periods of time and handling objects with hands

- Job occasionally requires lifting and carrying up to 55 lbs.

-Must be able to perform physical activities that require considerable use of arms and legs

-Be able to crawl in and out of manholes and work in tight spaces

-Ability to listen and understand instructions to perform job duties

-Ability to read and understand basic blueprints and plans

-Ability to work independently and as a team member

- Workers can be exposed to hazardous materials and fumes, so they are often required to wear special clothing, such as helmets, gloves, and protective chemical suits

- Work mostly in outdoor conditions

-Ability to tell when something is wrong or likely to go wrong

Responsibiliries

-Assist field crew in construction projects; including the installation and cleaning of stormwater filtration devices

-Loading and unloading products and materials

-Use of tools and equipment to prepare materials for use, picking up supplies, and assembling parts

-Organizing warehouse

-Driving all company vehicles

-Complete required paperwork in full

Skills & Abilities

-Ability to work with little supervision

-Work in an efficient and timely manner

-Excellent communicator and listening skills

-Ability to interact with other team members and customers in a professional manner

-Have knowledge of construction safety & regulations; hard helmet, reflective vests, steel-toed boots, etc.
