Telesales Representative - Full-time / Part-time

This person will be making 70% telemarketing/lead generation/outbound calls and 30% call backs (calling customers back who have already called in inquiring about a product)
Will speak with current and potential customers either bettering their current life/dental insurance plan or getting new customers to agree to sign up
80% of calls will pertain to dental insurance, 15% will be life insurance, 5% other
Outbound calls will be lead generation for the field representatives; basically appointment setting for sales reps out in the field OR calling customers back who have already called in
Will handle inbound calls as needed from people who saw a TV, radio or print ad

Qualifications: At least a high school diploma
2+ years of customer service and/or sales experience
Call center experience preferred but not a must
Must score 70% or higher on Call Center Retention (Audio) test
