IMMEDIATE HIRE PART TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Job Description:
- Responsible for fielding inbound and outbound telecommunications
- Primary duty is to collect past due balances for service provided by client
- Conflict resolution and maintain high level of customer service
- Heavy data entry and Using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Qualifications:
- Strong data entry skills
- Must be able to type 40 words per minute
- Customer service experience
- Experience with conflict resolution and excellent Communication Skills
Schedule:
- M-F 3:45-9 or 10 and Saturday 9-5, 11-7 or 1-9
- M-F 4:45-9 or 10 and Saturday 9-5, 11-7 or 1-9
- M-F 5:45-10 and Saturday 9-5, 11-7 or 1-9
Weekends Only:
- Sat 9-5 or 11-7 or 1-9 or 9-9, Sun 11-5
Compensation: $12 per Hour
Once you go perm after 90 days- You can make $13-$15 with commission per hour
