We are searching for a Project Manager, IT Compliance to join the Optum360 Information Technology team. This resource will manage portions of the IT Compliance Programs for the entire Optum360 organization. Given the changes in the Healthcare IT landscape, and the significant increase in requirements by our clients, we are in search of a project manager with experience in program and project management. This position is specialized for one who can manage multiple programs/projects simultaneously, and is currently engaged with the Service Organization audit & compliance landscape including SOC2, PCI, ICFR, EHNAC, etc.

Requirements
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
7+ years of experience in audit
5+ years of experience in program/project management skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong Compliance experience
Strong process improvement experience
Successful experience working in a Healthcare "Service Organization" environment
Proficiency in SSAE16 principles regarding Security, Availability, Processing Integrity, Confidentiality and Privacy
Knowledge of the Cloud Security Alliance - Cloud Control Matrix
