Courtyard Concessions

We are seeking dynamic and motivating people to work week-ends, spring break and summer in our Cafe and/or Courtyard. Responsibilities include: * Setting up and/or taking down outside concessions daily, and keeping area neat and clean. * Maintaining inventory of courtyard stock levels and replenishing items, ensuring rotation of perishables and notifying supervisor if additional product is needed * Monitoring vending machines in the courtyard, including stocking product and emptying cash. * Handling cash transactions. Preparing fresh popcorn and bag for sale. Selling popsicles and juice boxes. Keeping juice boxes filled and iced. Preparing cash for deposits at the end of the day. * Must have ability to stand for extended period of times and stay alert during slow periods. Must be able to endure climate change (some days very hot, wet or cold). Must be able to lift 25 pounds; carry, load carts and cooler filled with ice. Will be trained inside cafe if working other than seasonal times so will need to be able to fulfill cafe associate duties. Provide excellent customer service. Other duties as assigned.
