The Cashier is the face of Zaxby’s and should be totally guest focused! Be willing to do something extra for each guest that you are not required to do. Be creative and innovative with ideas on how to go the extra mile to enhance the guest experience. Be over the top friendly! Must be team minded and be willing to help and assist your co-workers.
Cashier is responsible for communicating with guest while taking orders on a computer. Must know the menu in extreme detail and be able to articulate and describe menu items to the guest. Reading kitchen tickets and verifying food is made accurately. Serve food to the guest. Restaurant and bathroom cleanliness. Cashiers work at a fast pace and need to be able to multi-task.
