Sodexo is currently seeking a Second Shift Custodial Manager to join our healthcare team at MountainView Medical Center in the Las Vegas Metro area. This hospital is part of the Sunrise Health Hospital System. MountainView is a growing hospital where they will be going under some construction to expand in the near future. The hospital is currently 340 beds.
This is a second shift position and the hours will be Monday through Friday from 2pm to 11pm with rotating holidays and weekends.
This position will be responsible for customer and client interaction, custodial inspection measurements, custodial operating levels, on-going training, quality, safety, pest control and the implementation of best practices. Will also be responsible for compliance, improved services, and timeliness of responses and validation of work quality.
Must have proven ability in:
Positive interaction with clients Follow up and communication Handling multiple priorities Working in a matrix organization Interaction with a diverse group - culturally and work groups - to ensure positive customer interaction Work with minimal supervision The "Hands-On" incumbent primarily handles day to day operational functions and ensures unit level, corporate, employee relations, safety, training, and unit operating systems compliance.
Required: Good working knowledge of state & federal employment law; solid computer skills using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; good communication and presentation skills; detailed oriented, and well organized.
