We are an expanding company in a growing industry seeking part-time help as we continue to grow! The Floatation Therapy Specialist will be an instrumental member of a small team responsible for the day-to-day interactions with Clients and upkeep of the Float Spa, which includes but is not limited to: scheduling, checking-in, and checking-out Clients, setting proper expectations of the Floating experience, explaining the benefits of Floating and other relaxation services offered at East Coast Float Spa, cleaning the Spa and cleaning the Float Rooms, answering Client inquiries in person, on the phone, on social media, or via email, and selling various services and products.
Customer service and/or retail experience a plus, but not required. The most qualified applicants will be team players with strong time management, organization, and attention to detail, and of course have a passion for Floating!
