What we're looking for:

A Personal Shopper who will inspire our customer by providing an unimagined experience unique to Anthropologie. Our ideal candidate will share our penchant for complexity. We're envisioning... passion and creativity mixed with a practical nature and an eye for detail. A natural connector with a love of quirk and a sense of whimsy. A successful Personal Shopper will be able to connect the dots between the customer, our product and the presentation to create a store environment that surprises and delights our customers each time they walk through our doors.

MUST HAVES:

> Expertise in current trends, the Anthropologie aesthetic & a true knack for styling customers from head to toe

> Retail know-how, with hands-on experience in a leadership position

> Warmth and enthusiasm

> A strong voice and an open mind

> Patience, tact, honesty, and good communication skills with the ability to build relationships & trust with customers

> An entrepreneurial spirit for creating business and driving sales

A Day in the Life:

As a Personal Shopper, you'll establish long lasting relationships with our customer. You'll be developed and challenged to drive sales but also be a leader within the store in styling and trend-setting. You innately know our brand and customer, and understand that our success rests with her perception. With the rest of the leadership team, you'll work to ensure profitability, beauty, collaboration, and outstanding service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

> Create a personalized shopping experience for customers by providing individualized attention and advanced knowledge of trends and product

> Ensure the highest level of customer care, in line with Anthropologies' specific service expectations

> Develop and maximize a customer base by focusing on strategic selling techniques and proactively communicating with customers

> Establish close ties with customers to ensure repeat business, encouraging feedback to enhance further customized service

> Facilitate customer correspondence and appointment scheduling

> Participate in store meetings, conference calls and fit sessions

> Maintain a listing of local resources that are useful for your customer

> Uphold a highly organized system for maintaining customer communication, data and appointments

> Help to maintain organization, cleanliness, and restock storewide
