Primary Responsibilities:
Evaluate business requirements and prepare estimates that follow project guidelines
Design systems and programs to meet complex business needs including enhancements to existing programs
Ensure designs meet enterprise standards
Facilitate and/or support project team in resolving issues
Work closely with the project team to quickly prototype possible approaches to problems and needs, and help design and implement the final solution
Formulate, define and document functional system specifications
Gather information from existing systems, analyze program and time requirements
Present and evaluate design solutions objectively
Plan and manage multiple assignments of varying scope
Lead others through delegation of technical tasks while also completing tasks
Work in a team environment
Assess, communicate, and manage risk
Promote technical collaboration

Requirements
Required Qualifications:
Experience with Document Management solutions
Knowledge of Document Management Application design; including User Interface, Web Service Integration, document security best practices, etc.
Knowledge and ability to design document workflows and lifecycles
Minimum 5 years of Software Development Lifecycle
Excellent verbal and written communications skills with the ability to communicate effectively to both technical and business counterparts
Excellent time management and organization skills
Must be detail-oriented
Preferred Qualifications:
BS degree in Computer Science or related field
Documentum and/or EMC xPression (DocSci) experience a plus
Experience working in an agile environment / Scrum team

Experience with Document Management solutions
