Sodexo Corporate Services Division has an exciting new opportunity for a Facilities Engineering Operations Manager in Seattle, Washington working with Alaska Airlines with experience in building operations and maintanace, building systems and strong managerial skills.
The Operations Manager Portland will be responsible for general maintenance of all Alaska and Horizon Airlines properties throughout the lower 48, Canada, Mexico and Hawaii. Facilities include hangars, office buildings, storage buildings as well as various grounds and parking areas.
Duties include but not limited to:
Oversight of approximately 80 locations
Construction and project management Managing client expectations Managing Portland FM team
Previous airline maintenance experience is a plus
Must be able to travel 50% #LI
Position Summary
Number two position at the account with responsibility for all operations. Assumes GM's responsibilities and authority in his/her absence. Supervises managers. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations.
Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED
Basic Management Experience - 1 year
Basic Functional Experience - 1 year work experience in facilities maintenance, plant operations or engineering services
Sodexo will require a background check and may require a drug screen for this position.
