About this job
We are seeking a store manager that will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store.
Responsibilities will include:
- Hire, train, and develop retail staff
- Coordinate the overall supervision of staff
- Regulate inventory
- Direct shipping and recieving of inventory
- Forecast scheduling needs
- Delegate daily workload
- Enforce safety
Candidates should pocess:
- Strong leadership and analytical skills
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Knowledge of retail computer systems
- Ability and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
