GOOD SAMARTIAN REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER Services the Goshen, NY area POSITION SUMMARYProvides professional nursing care and prescribes treatments for an assigned number of adult and geriatric patients in their home as prescribed by the physician and plan of care. Utilizes the Nursing process in performing all duties and activities in accordance with the philosophy, policies and standards of this Agency. JOB REQUIREMENTS 1. Baccalaureate degree in Nursing from an accredited school preferred OR a. RN with Baccalaureate degree in health or human services field OR b. Diploma or Associate Degree with 2 years experience in Home Care. 2. One year nursing experience as stated in A & B above. a. Two years Home Health Care as stated in B above. 3. Current and valid RN license to practice in NYS. a. Current and valid New York State driver's license, auto liability insurance, ability to provide own transportation for home visits. Motor vehicle record must be acceptable to BON SECOURS insurers and meet BON SECOURS policy standards.
