Job Description:

Individuals that are selected for the Private Client Associate role will attend an 18 month development program that is designed to equip candidates with foundational knowledge and sales skills that target the high-net-worth market. Individuals that complete the program successfully will assume the role of Private Client Advisor upon program completion.

The development program utilizes knowledge and activity based training modules. Individual will receive national and local leader/peer coaching while attending a structured rotational program. This program is designed to teach the fundamentals of credit and investment sales.

Incumbents are expected to begin building a book of business from the onset of training.

Key Responsibilities:

* Act as trusted financial advisor to, and advocate for, clients and prospects; provide integrated recommendations that encompass multiple products and services as needed

* Develop in-depth understanding of clients' needs, preferences and overall wealth; be responsive to changes in the business environment or client needs

* Proactively leverage ideas, insight and relationships to generate new and incremental business for Bank of America.

* Effectively manage a book of relationships and act as relationship lead accountable for the client's experience

* Leverage specialists, service officers and other expert resources to ensure the integrated delivery of investment, fiduciary, credit and banking solutions.

* Build relationships with internal and external sales referral partners. Complete all local and national training programs associated with the PC Assoc program.

* Motivate and influence client team members appropriately; collaborate in their onboarding, coaching and development

* Meet Risk & Compliance requirements and policies

This position may be subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. Pursuant to the SAFE Act requirements, all employees engaged in residential loan mortgage originations must register with the federal registry system and remain in good standing. If your position requires SAFE Act registration, you will be required to register and to submit to the required SAFE Act background check and registration process. Failure to obtain and/or maintain SAFE Act registration may result in your immediate termination.

Enterprise Role Overview:

The PC Associate is a developmental program aimed at teaching the fundamentals of High Net Worth Sales to a variety of types of candidates. While completing the development activities, incumbents will be expected to attract new clients and revenue to the firm. After 18 months, expectations are that incumbents will be promoted into the Private Client Advisor role. This position may be subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. Qualifications

Required Experience:

Previous experience in sales, consulting or business development required. Experience in high net worth sales a plus.

Series 7, 63 and 65 (or Series 7 and 66) required (Must obtain series 7 & 66 license within 6 months of start date.)

Desired:

MBA or post-graduate degree preferred.

CFP, CPA, CFA, CTFA, CFM or JD a significant plus
