JOB SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the Clinic Director and/or manager, the staff will provide a variety of support services to the department. Includes but not limited to, patient scheduling and coordination of services, assisting MD, case management and office/secretarial work.
Job Requirements (Core Competencies)
Education:
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing..
License/Certification:
Current CO or multi-state compact RN license.
American Heart Association BLS certification required within 90 day orientation period.
Other required skills and abilities:
Computer literacy, good keyboard skills, basic medical terminology preferred, good interpersonal skills, and good telephone skills.
Physical Abilities:
Vision sufficient to read computer terminal, insurance cards, and physician orders. Hearing sufficient to interact with client who may be unable to speak at normal voice level. Mobility (including lifting, bending, stooping, reaching) and dexterity sufficient to assist clients and handle required equipment and supplies.
Physical Requirements
Sedentary Work - prolonged periods of sitting and exert/lift up to 10 lbs force occasionally)
