Clubhouse Grill Manager
The Clubhouse Grill/Club M Manager delivers revenues and profits by developing, marketing, financing, and providing appealing restaurant service. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, staffing scheduling, and training of staff.

Summary of Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Ability to manage others
Knowledge about food, beverage, wine and liquor
Knowledge about sequence of service
Knowledge about Forbes and AAA standards
Ability to understand labor standards and practices
Ability to understand profit and loss statements
Ability to understand and manage an Entertainment Schedule
Ability to implement creative, productive programs and procedures to increase sales, decrease cost and promote a positive work environment
Compliance with health codes
Ensure that proper security procedures are in place to protect employees, guests and company assets.
Ensure positive guest service in all areas. Respond to complaints, taking any and all appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied guests into return guests.
Responsible for ensuring that all financial (invoices, reporting) and personnel/payroll related administrative duties are completed accurately, on time and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant and make final decisions on matters of importance to guest service.
Maintain professional restaurant image, including restaurant cleanliness, proper uniforms, and appearance standards
Qualifications:
Previous upscale restaurant/private club experience and wine knowledge required.
High school graduate or equivalent
Computer/office skills required
Must be eligible to serve alcohol
Ability to work weekends/evenings/holidays
Ability to communicate in basic English
Ability to manage others
Ability to sit/stand for periods of time
Frequent reaching/bending/lifting up to 50 lbs.
Ability to work night hours.
Previous Golf and/or Night Club experience preferred.
